The Journal of the American Helicopter Society (JAHS) is an international, peer-reviewed, technical journal that is dedicated to new developments in the theory and practice of helicopters, rotorcraft, and other vertical flight aircraft. Fundamental areas of interest include (but are not limited to) aerodynamics, acoustics, aeroacoustics, dynamics, aeroelasticity, materials, flight dynamics, controls, computational fluid dynamics, crashworthiness, avionics, ground testing, flight testing, and design. The journal is published quarterly and is distributed to readers around the world.
